The rooms are available from 14:00 o'clock. On request (in advance) an earlier arrival is often possible. If you are going to arrive later than 18:00 o'clock, please notify us, so that we know to keep the room free for you.
On the day of your departure we would ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 o'clock, so that we can make them available for the next guests on time. Forgotten objects are only forwarded on request.
Methods of payment for the room: cash or debit card.
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your stay, up to a week before we charge 50% of the price for bed / breakfast and from one week before, 80% of the price for bed and breakfast. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance. You can use the form you are sent along with the confirmation of booking. If you have to leave earlier than booked, we still have to charge you 80% of the bed and breakfast rate for the remaining days.
Restaurant opening times:
Breakfast is offered from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. For late risers we are happy to arrange a light breakfast in the lounge on request. If longer mountain tours are scheduled, you can take a packed lunch instead (or in addition for a surcharge).
Lunch is from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, dinner from 5:00 pm
to 8:00 pm. In the afternoon there is a small selection of warm
food and snacks. After 8:00 pm we still serve snacks.
Our restaurant is closed on Mondays (except for breakfast), open Tuesdays from 5:00 pm and all other days from 13:00 pm to 10:00 pm. In the high season from 05/01/2015 to 10/11/2015 Mondays are closed, Tuesdays to Saturdays are opened from 13:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Sundays from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
In the lounge there is a fridge filled with drinks on a self-service basis.
Our guesthouse has a generous carpark, with plenty of free parking spaces.
Please understand that dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only. In the restaurant they should not sit on the bench (not even on a rug or blanket) and not be fed from the table.
We assume that your dog is kept as a dog, however important your dog may be to you.
